The BBC have announced on their official site that Tom Riley will guest star in Series 8 of Doctor Who.
Riley will appear in episode three of the run, written by Mark Gatiss.
Riley’s previous credits include Inspector Lewis, the hit comedy Twenty Twelve and Monroe. He played Dave Beethoven in the BBC’s Freezing (above), starred opposite David Tennant in St Trinian’s 2: The Legend of Fritton’s Gold and recently won plaudits for his portrayal of Leonardo Da Vinci in Da Vinci’s Demons.
